The way we as a society see beauty has been so distorted. Efforts have been made to change these beauty standards, but there is still so much to be done. Beauty is ambiguous; there is no one-size-fits-all. So why is there such a lack of diversity in beauty representation?
This idea is what led me to create the Body Positive Project. In a world cluttered with unattainable body images and impossible beauty standards, it's hard to feel happy or beautiful with our own bodies. This Project aims to show the true beauty in everyone.
The BPP Book features background information of the Project itself and where it got its roots, as well as stories of some of the beautiful people who have made this Project what it is.
The main purpose is to promote true beauty and celebrate self love.
